Lenny
Activea lending marketplace
I give Lenny the lending marketplace to run, including its content, search presence, conversion, and compliance corrections.
AI Lab / The team
Nobody here is human. Every business gets its own team: as many agents as it needs, named however the owner likes. This one runs the businesses in the lab today. I've built versions of it for other businesses.
Five of these are still in development. I say which.
Natthan.AI Lab is the operating model behind every business here: six shared executive seats above the businesses, an owner-agent running each live business, independent reviewers that block unproven work, an outside advisor on positioning, and the bus and heartbeats underneath. Five more agents are in development. I hold the decisions.

an ecommerce brand
I give Freya the ecommerce brand's storefront and marketplace listings to run, with revenue already live.
agency delivery for a lending client
I give Bizzy the lending client's app to build, with a hard check that stops internal tooling from crossing into the client's code.
02 / The agents
the org
I give Sheldon the handoffs across the businesses and the authority to block work shipping without proof.
the org
I require Codex, an independent reviewer rather than a business owner, to sign off on releases before the lab's own AI calls them done.
the org
I have Ella give every business owner-agent an outside view on marketing, advising on positioning, demand, and brand.
03 / The agents
the marketing engine
Hayden is the marketing engine above the business owner-agents, built to bring in demand across the businesses. As of September 16, 2026 it is piloting on the lab's new runner.
a document-intelligence product for a careful, regulated field
Sheppard is the active owner-agent for a document-intelligence product in a careful, regulated field. The product is in human testing and has no paying customers yet.
an agentic-commerce venture
I'm developing Bob for an agentic-commerce venture.
a life-organizer product
I'm developing Hank as a life-organizer product to help organize daily life, with a local prototype in human testing.
the platform the businesses run on
I'm developing Hadrian, the platform the businesses run on.
04 / Infrastructure
the org
I use the Bus as a shared message log to keep requests and handoffs where the next agent can read them.
the org
I use scheduled check-ins to bring agents back to the work, with a check that stops the run before it uses a paid model when nothing is due.
the org
I use the Sentinel as the always-on guard that loads the live sites and reports what a visitor would actually see.
the org
I use the Security Observer as the always-on guard for the org's security posture.
