  • The full backend test suite runs before anything ships
  • Every change to what the practitioner sees goes through an independent review by a second AI that did not build it
  • Any change to a safety rule, the rules the product will never let a person override, needs the practitioner co-founder's sign-off, not the agent's
  • The agent never touches real records and never ships a safety change alone

What stays with the owner

The practitioner co-founder and I decide on pilot signups, contracts and anything touching the safety rules. Those are never the agent's to call alone.

One thing that happened

September 13, 2026

A live walkthrough flagged what looked like a data bug: the same person showing up twice in the roles list. It was not a data bug. The display was not grouping one person's two roles together. The agent fixed the display, added a test so it cannot silently come back, and reran the whole suite clean before shipping, 14 of 14 passing.
