Small business: law, staffing, lead gen

In development

Most small businesses grow on one thing: leads. A law firm needs its practice-area pages to rank and its intake form to actually reach a person. A staffing company needs job pages that get found and steady employer outreach. A local service business needs its reviews current and its phone ringing. A company brain runs that layer: the website and answer pages kept accurate and ranking, the intake form and the follow-up behind it, the local search and reviews upkeep, and the email that chases a new lead before it goes cold. Every change waits for the owner's OK and lands with a receipt. No install of this kind is live yet, so this is the offer described plainly, not a case study: the same operating model proven in lending and client delivery, pointed at a small business whose growth is lead generation.

What the brain runs here

  • The website and practice-area or service pages, kept accurate and ranking
  • The intake or contact form and the follow-up email behind it, so a new lead reaches a person before it goes cold
  • Local search upkeep and reviews: stale listings, broken links and citations fixed as they are found
  • A weekly note of what leads came in, what shipped, and what is waiting on the owner

Offered, not yet live: the first law-firm, staffing or lead-gen small business to run on this is the one we are looking for.

Not run for real yet. In human testing.

Before anything goes out

  • Every change is made on its own branch, never on the live site, and passes a code check and a real build
  • Anything a prospective client sees, and any legal, pricing or compliance wording, waits for the owner's sign-off
  • Nothing that touches a client matter is ever touched by the agent
  • Each release leaves a receipt: what changed, who approved it, and a link that verifies

What stays with the owner

Anything a prospective client reads, any legal or compliance wording, pricing, and who gets contacted.

A week on the heartbeat

  1. Pulls the next item off the queue: a page to fix, a lead to follow up, a listing to correct
  2. Makes the change on a branch, runs the checks and the build
  3. Holds anything client-facing or legal for the owner's OK
  4. Records what shipped and what was blocked, then stops
